We’re excited to share that we’ve recently implemented a new Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) system designed to make your experience with us even smoother, faster, and more transparent.
This upgrade is a big step forward in how we serve you and comes with several improvements to how products are coded, quoted, and delivered. This will happen from 1st April 2025.
As part of this transition, there are a few important things you should be aware of.
What is Changing?
- Updated Product Codes
We’ve improved our product coding system to make it clearer and more intuitive.
Each product code now reflects the specific elements or configuration choices selected — meaning you’ll see exactly what’s included, at a glance. This will help reduce any confusion and streamline your ordering process. - Pricing Adjustments
This is not a price increase, but you may notice some slight changes to product pricing. These updates reflect more accurate pricing across different configurations and help address a few inconsistencies in our previous pricing. In most cases, prices have been adjusted downward.

✅ More transparent pricing: Pricing is now clearly structured based on product selection choices, so you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for.

🔄 Code Comparison Table – to help you quickly match old codes to new ones (included in new price list)
✅ If you send a purchase order with an old code, we will clarify and advise you of the new code and invoice with the new code
