Terms of Trade

These are the standard terms of trade for supply of goods to a Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd customer.

1. Settlement Payment for goods and services supplied is due on 20th of the Month following date of invoice only to customers who have an approved credit rating with Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd. All other customers will be required to make payment before goods can be supplied.

2. Ownership All goods remain the property of Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd until full payment is received.

3. Credit We reserve the right to suspend credit facilities and the supply of goods without notice should an account holder not comply with our Terms of Trade.

4. Damage All goods supplied shall be at the risk of purchaser from the time they leave Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd factory en-route to purchaser. However in some cases the Carriage of Goods Act will cover for damage and loss to a limited extent only.

5. Losses or Short Delivery Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd should not be obliged to accept any claims for loss or short delivery unless: - a) The Carriers consignment note or waybill is endorsed at the point of delivery. And: The claim is made in writing with full particulars and relevant invoice details and lodged with the carrier or Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd within Seven (7) days of the delivery.

6. Goods Returned No goods will be accepted for return without the prior authourity of Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd. Requests for Credit of Returned Goods are subject to: a) Goods are returned within 14 days of Invoice Date b) Goods are accompanied by the invoice details and the full reason for return. c) Indented items and customer made products are not returnable for credit. Return freight is paid by the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed by Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd. e) Returned Goods must arrive in a saleable condition.

7. Warranty a) Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd warrants its products for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase (Invoice Date) against manufacturing defects or subsequent failure of the product to perform to specifications within the warranty period. b) Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd will not be responsible for damage or malfunction caused by incorrect use or installation. c) Warranty claims must be supported by the return of the item claimed, proof of the original purchase (Invoice) and details of the alleged fault. d) Failure to return the goods within the warranty period or failure to supply proof of purchase date will render the claim invalid.

8. Pricing and G.S.T. a) We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice and all prices are subject to Goods and Services Tax at the rate ruling at Invoice date.

9. Freight. a) All orders are supplied Freight your care (FYC) unless other arrangements have been made with the management of Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd. b) Freight Forwarders used are the choice of Hi-Tec Aerials NZ Ltd unless otherwise instructed by the Purchaser.
